this was my second stay, and it exceeded my expectations. the top floor apartment was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely big balcony. the family running the place was incredibly helpful and made me feel at home during my stay.

wifi didn't reach my room well.

The apartments are spacious and comfy, making them perfect for our large family. My two teenagers really enjoyed the lovely pool, and the location was just a quick stroll to the town for fun activities and great eateries.

My wife says that having more family-friendly dining options would make it even better.

i truly expected to enjoy my stay at Minta, but alas, beggers can’t be choosers. the pool was lethal, and no one deemed it necessary to have a lifeguard on duty. also, my room had a hole in the ceiling, and i'm not a repairman. i almost gave a glowing review, but just couldn’t,

The home-cooked meals at Minta are an absolute treat, with Ali's family whipping up some delightful local delicacies that make you feel right at home. Plus, dining at the poolside area adds to the magical atmosphere of the tranquil surroundings. As a solo traveler, I appreciated feeling secure and relaxed in the cozy environment, where sun loungers are always available for some lounging action.

While the vibrant pool area is such a vibe, the lack of cleaning on the rooms can be a bit of a downer. The WiFi situation could definitely use an upgrade, considering it only works near the bar. Not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind if you're a digital nomad.

I felt right at home in this delightful spot! The spacious balcony of my one-bedroom apartment offered stunning views of the clean pool and lush gardens, creating the perfect relaxation zone. The warm hospitality from Ali's family made every moment even more special, from the hearty homemade meals to the friendly chats by the pool!

I really enjoyed my time here, as the top floor apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. It's just a 10-minute walk to the center of Dalyan where you can explore shops and restaurants, and the beautiful Caunos Tombs of the Kings are only about 1 km away for a lovely stroll with stunning views.
